Hong Kong Education City Limited (EdCity) is a wholly-owned company of the Government of HKSAR. Our portal, EdCity.hk, is a one-stop professional educational portal in Hong Kong which incorporates information, resources, interactive communities and online services, and promotes the use of information technology (I.T.) in improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning. We are now looking for a high caliber professional to join our dynamic team in the following position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling full spectrum of training and development functions;
  • Plan, design, organise and evaluate full cycle training activities, includes conducting training needs analysis, preparing training materials, sourcing external trainers, delivering the training, evaluating training effectiveness, managing logistics, and other related tasks;
  • Review the training and development policy/guideline, prepare reports, conduct data analysis, etc;
  • Provide support related to human resources management and general administration and take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in in any discipline, preferably in Training & Development or Human Resources Management;
  • Minimum 5 years hand-on experience in training & development;
  • With basic knowledge in human resources practices and relevant statutory requirements is preferred;
  • Experience in e-learning Platform (prepare Training Video, Filming and Editing) will be an advantage;
  • Proactive, attentive to details, responsible, a good team player;
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skill;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing and Office 365;
  • Good command of written Chinese and English;
  • Less experienced will be considered as Training Officer
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
