To encourage students integrating their creativity and technology skills and equip themselves for future career, EdCity organised themed training workshops for teachers and students who are interested in participating in the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2024 – Student Innovation Award, well prepare for the competition.

The theme of “Enhancing Learning” aims to embrace technology innovation centered on human needs, cultivate the ability for lifelong learning and self-directed learning, utilize digital learning resources, provide learners with multiple paths for learning, and foster motivation for active learning.

The winning team of “EdCity Teacher Award” - The Education University of Hong Kong Jockey Club Primary School have established a metaverse platform with a focus on education and safety, integrating diverse experiences to guide students in exploring marine conservation issues, cultivating their digital literacy and positive values.
